Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your purchase and use of the Safe Travel Brazil digital guide. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Last updated: September 2026
1. The seller
The service is operated by Brazil Travel Insider, sole proprietorship of Eduardo Pinheiro de Azevedo (business registration in progress, Brazil). You are contracting with Brazil Travel Insider. Safe Travel Brazil is a digital travel-safety guide sold as a one-time purchase with lifetime access, in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
2. Payments (Paddle as Merchant of Record)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and invoicing mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms).
3. Licence and permitted use
Your purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the guide for your own use. You must be of legal age (18+) or have the authority to bind your organization. You must keep your account credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. No resale, redistribution, reverse engineering, scraping or sharing of access with third parties is allowed.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service: no unlawful use, fraud or spam, no infringement of intellectual property, and no interference with the security of the service (including malware, probing, vulnerability scanning or abusive scraping).
5. Intellectual property
Brazil Travel Insider retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the guide content, software, documentation and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you.
6. Service level and information disclaimer
The guide is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The content is general travel-safety information for educational purposes; it is not legal, medical or financial advice, and local conditions in Brazil may change. You remain responsible for your own decisions while travelling. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access in cases of material breach of these Terms, non-payment or chargeback abuse, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious violations of the acceptable-use rules. Upon termination, your right to access the guide ends immediately.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid for the guide in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
9. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and the courts of Brazil shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. Questions: contato@safetravelbrazil.app.
